Joining the team"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Congratulations! It&#8217;s time for your first promotion.  You&#8217;re going to be a project manager now. This means you need to get all of these people to work together. Not as easy as it sounds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options for remote teams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The two major options for &#8220;distributed teams&#8221; are Gsuite and Office 365. You can pick whichever one you already have on your computer and work with that. If you don&#8217;t know which one you or your school has<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you a Google person?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you or your school use Google apps, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.7generationgames.com\/game_design\/remote-teams-with-google\/\">go here for links on file sharing, docs and more<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Are you a Windows type?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Go here for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.7generationgames.com\/game_design\/remote-teams-with-office-365-windows-apps\/\">links on files sharing, docs and other Office 365\/ Windows apps<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">As a project manager, it&#8217;s your job to know what everyone else is doing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding software enhancement: Game revisions, bug reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Select game to revise or expand (for the Lesson 10 presentation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Play through the selected game getting all of answers correct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add to the notes document on the game played and record your observations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the software enhancement worksheet for game selected \u2013 Overview<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deeper dive into game design: Breaking down elements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Play through the selected game getting ALL of answers WRONG (this will take you at least two hours so you may want to split this up in your team)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to notes document on game played and record your observations.
