This is done in three ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"90\" height=\"90\" src=\"https:\/\/www.7generationgames.com\/game_design\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/soccer_move.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15314\"\/><figcaption>I decided this rotating soccer ball was really annoying so I replaced it<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>For Mac, Windows and web-based games, we use a sandbox site. A sandbox is some place you can play around and our sandbox site is a separate site where we put up stuff we are just trying. <a href=\"http:\/\/sandbox.7generationgames.com\/pieces\/soccer\/\">You can see a soccer game I am working on in the sandbox here<\/a>.<\/li><li>For iPhone and Android &#8211; if  a game is going to be in the app store, we can register users in TestFlight.  <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1XBnC3-b6oATQb6QScoOCiipXo-ut-dpm\/view?usp=sharing\">This document tells you how to download and install TestFlight. <\/a>IF YOU ARE IN THIS CLASS OR ANOTHER APPROVED GAME TESTER , we will add you to the list for a specific game.  Students taking the high school class who have an iPhone should send an email to get added as a tester.<\/li><li>For Android, <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/googleplay\/answer\/7003180?hl=en\">there is a early access, where anyone can opt in to try early versions of apps<\/a>. Even before that, we can put a device on our sandbox. <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1mbMT7sSq7URNqC353ncmSIcp0zVbs2uz\/view?usp=sharing\">Here is another link on how to side load an Android app<\/a>, that is, get it on your device without going through the app store.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your assignment for today:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Email 7generationgames@gmail.com the following information:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>What devices you have on which you want to test. This can include Windows computer, Mac computer, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet or Chromebook.<\/li><li>Your Apple ID  if you want to be added to TestFlight<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Get registered as a tester in TestFlight OR download an apk OR an app from our sandbox site <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
